This Privacy Policy explains how data is handled in the Idevo iOS app. Idevo is privacy-first by design: no account, no tracking, and AES-encrypted local storage.

Idevo does not collect, store, or transmit your personal data to our servers. Conversation data and favorites are stored locally on your device and are not sent from the app to any external service.
The full text of your conversations is protected on-device using strong encryption. Even if someone obtains low-level access to your device storage, they cannot directly read the conversation contents.
Certain non-personal metadata (e.g., tags and timestamps) is stored in an unencrypted form. All such metadata, together with the encrypted conversation text, remains on your device and is never transmitted to our servers or any third party.
Encryption keys are generated and managed locally on your device and are never sent outside it. No one — including the developers — can access these keys or the underlying conversation content.
Idevoは、サーバー側でユーザーの個人情報を収集・保存・送信する仕組みを持ちません。アプリ内の会話データやお気に入りなどの内容は、あなたの端末内に保存され、外部サービスへ送信されることはありません。
会話本文は、端末内で強力な暗号化により保護されます。万が一、端末のストレージが第三者に読み取られた場合でも、本文の内容を直接確認することはできません。
なお、個人情報を含まない一部のメタデータ（例：タグや作成日時など）は暗号化されていない形式で保存されます。これらのメタデータも含め、すべてのデータはデバイスのローカルストレージ内にとどまり、当社サーバーや第三者のサーバーには送信されません。
暗号化に使用される鍵は端末内で生成・管理され、ユーザーのデバイス外へ送信されることはありません。開発者を含む外部の者が、鍵や会話本文の内容にアクセスすることはできません。

Idevo works fully offline. Your data is securely stored within your device’s local storage.
Idevo is designed to operate under the normal security protections provided by iOS. This assurance does not apply to devices that have been modified (e.g., jailbroken) or environments where iOS security features have been disabled.
Idevoは完全にオフラインで動作します。あなたのデータは端末のローカルストレージ内に安全に保存されます。

The app does not use third-party analytics, cloud services, or advertising tools.

You may import conversation exports from ChatGPT (e.g., conversations.json/zip). Imported conversation data is encrypted in-app and stored locally on your device.
Idevoでは、ChatGPTからエクスポートした会話履歴（例：conversations.json/zip）をインポートできます。インポートされた会話データはアプリ内部で暗号化処理が行われ、あなたの端末内に保存されます。
Ensure your use of imported data complies with OpenAI’s terms and applicable data-protection laws in your region.

Idevo only processes conversation data exported by the user from ChatGPT (e.g., conversations.json/zip). Importing or analyzing conversation logs that belong to third parties, shared/organizational accounts, or other people’s devices/accounts is not supported or intended. You are responsible for ensuring you have the legal rights to use any data you import.
Idevoは、ユーザー本人がChatGPTからエクスポートした会話データ（例：conversations.json/zip）のみを処理対象とします。第三者の会話データ、組織共有アカウント、または他人の端末/アカウントから取得したログのインポートや分析は、想定・サポートしていません。利用者は、インポートするデータについて合法的な利用権限を有していることを保証する責任を負います。
If AI-based summarization or insights are introduced in the future, processing will remain limited to the user’s own data and will be performed on-device whenever possible. If any external transmission becomes necessary, we will clearly disclose this in advance and obtain your consent. Idevo does not use user data to train any server-side models.
将来的にAIによる要約・洞察機能を提供する場合も、処理対象はユーザー本人のデータに限定され、原則として端末内で実行されます。外部送信が必要となる場合は、その旨を事前に明示し、ユーザーの同意を取得します。また、Idevoはサーバー側モデルの学習目的でユーザーデータを利用しません。
When exporting or sharing (e.g., PDF), generation occurs on-device. Idevo does not transmit or store data on external servers.

You are responsible for any personal information disclosed when sharing files via other apps or services.

We may update this policy. Significant changes will be communicated in-app. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance.
