You retain full ownership of the content you create, manage, and view within the app. Idevo does not claim any rights over your exported, visualized, or saved ideas.
アプリ内で作成・管理・閲覧したコンテンツの所有権はユーザー自身に帰属します。 Idevoは、エクスポート・保存・可視化されたアイデアに対して権利を主張しません。
When sharing PDFs or images created with the “Chat Bubble (PNG download)” feature, ensure that they do not contain personal or confidential information. Chat Bubble images always include a label indicating the source of the conversation (default “ChatGPT” or a user-selected design).
PDFエクスポートや「ふきだしシェア（PNGダウンロード）」機能で出力した画像を外部サービスで共有する際は、 個人情報や機密情報を含めないようご注意ください。 ふきだし画像には、会話の出典を示すラベルが必ず付与されます （デフォルトは「ChatGPT」またはユーザーが選択した代替デザイン）。
Shared content may be viewed or reused by third parties. Idevo is not responsible for any loss, misuse, or issues arising after content is shared externally.
共有後のコンテンツは第三者によって閲覧・再利用される可能性があります。 Idevoは共有後に生じた損害・トラブルについて責任を負いません。

This app does not include any automatic content generation features (such as AI-generated text or images). Idevo operates fully offline as an archive and viewer for conversations and files you import.
本アプリには、AIによる文章・画像などの生成機能はありません。 Idevoは完全オフラインで動作し、ユーザーがインポートした会話やファイルを 整理・表示・可視化するアーカイブ／ビューアです。
Any visualizations (e.g., charts or chat-bubble images) represent your existing data and do not constitute new text generation or advice.
グラフやふきだし画像はユーザー自身のデータを表現したものであり、 新たなテキスト生成や助言を行うものではありません。
Idevo offers three modes: Basic (free), Lite, and Pro. Each mode provides different levels of access such as import range and data visualization features. Details and pricing are available in the in-app purchase screen.
Idevoには、Basic（無料）・Lite・Pro の3つの利用モードがあります。 モードごとにインポート可能期間や可視化機能など、 利用できる機能が異なります。具体的な機能差や価格は アプリ内の購入画面でご確認いただけます。
Conversation data stored within Idevo is protected using in-app encryption. The encryption keys remain on your device and are never accessible to us or any third party.
Idevo内に保存される会話データにはアプリ内部で暗号化処理が行われます。 暗号化キーは端末内に保持され、当社を含む第三者はこれらのデータへアクセスできません。
Idevo operates fully offline and does not use our servers. Unless you take explicit action, the app does not automatically upload or sync data to external services.
Idevoは完全オフラインで動作し、当社サーバーを利用しません。 明示的な操作がない限り、外部サービスへデータを自動送信・同期することはありません。
If iOS “iCloud Backup” is enabled, Idevo’s encrypted data may be included in device-level backups and restored by Apple systems. Idevo never transmits data independently.
iOSの「iCloudバックアップ」を有効にしている場合、Idevoの暗号化データは 端末全体のバックアップに含まれる場合があります。これはAppleの仕組みであり、 Idevoが独自にデータ送信を行うことはありません。
Idevo is designed exclusively for processing the user's own ChatGPT
conversation data (conversations.json). Importing or analyzing
data belonging to third parties or other accounts is not supported.
We are not responsible for issues arising from importing such data.

In v1.1, when importing a ZIP exported from ChatGPT, your existing archive is overwritten by the newly imported data. This behavior may change in future updates (e.g., incremental or additional import features).
現行バージョン（v1.1）では、ChatGPTからエクスポートしたZIPをインポートすると、 既存のアーカイブデータは新しいデータで上書きされます。 この挙動は今後のアップデート（例：追加インポート・差分インポート機能）で 変更される可能性があります。
Idevo is provided “as is” without any warranties. We are not responsible for any decisions, losses, damages, or data loss arising from the app’s use.
Idevoは現状有姿（“AS IS”）で提供され、いかなる保証も行いません。 アプリが表示・集計・可視化した内容に基づく意思決定や損害、保存データの 消失・破損など、いかなる結果についても当社は責任を負いません。
These Terms of Use may be updated. Significant updates will be announced in the app. Continued use indicates acceptance of the updated terms.
