Idevoをご利用いただくことで、以下の利用規約に同意したものとみなされます。
Idevo is an application designed to archive and display AI conversation histories that you have lawfully obtained. You retain full ownership of all content you import, store, manage, and view within the app. Idevo does not claim any rights over your content or exported data.
Idevoは、ユーザー自身が正当に取得したAIとの会話履歴を アーカイブし、表示・閲覧することを目的としたアプリです。 アプリ内にインポート・保存・管理・閲覧したすべてのコンテンツの 所有権はユーザー自身に帰属します。 Idevoは、これらのコンテンツやエクスポートされたデータに対して いかなる権利も主張しません。
When sharing PDFs or any content exported from Idevo, ensure that it does not contain personal or confidential information. Exported content may be viewed or reused by third parties after sharing. Idevo is not responsible for any loss or issues arising from such use.
IdevoからエクスポートしたPDFやその他のコンテンツを 外部サービスで共有する際は、個人情報や機密情報を含めないよう ご注意ください。 共有後のコンテンツは第三者によって閲覧・再利用される 可能性があります。 Idevoは、共有後に生じた損害やトラブルについて責任を負いません。
Idevo is an archive app designed for personal storage, organization, and viewing of your own AI conversation history. You agree not to use the app for any unlawful purposes or in a manner that violates the rights of others.
If you handle personal or private data, you are responsible for doing so with appropriate care.
Idevo is not responsible for the content you import, store, view, export, or share, or for how you use that content.
Idevoは、ユーザー自身のAI会話履歴を個人的に保存・整理・閲覧するためのアーカイブアプリです。ユーザーは、本アプリを違法な目的または第三者の権利を侵害する目的で使用しないことに同意するものとします。
プライベートな内容を含むデータを取り扱う場合は、ユーザー自身の責任において、十分にご注意ください。
Idevoは、ユーザーがインポート、保存、閲覧、エクスポート、共有したコンテンツの内容や利用方法について責任を負いません。
This app does not include any automatic content generation features (such as AI-generated text or images). Idevo operates fully offline as an archiver and viewer for conversations and files you import.
Any visualizations (e.g., charts) are representations of your own data and do not constitute newly generated text or advice.
本アプリには、AIによる文章・画像などの生成機能はありません。 Idevoは完全オフラインで動作し、ユーザーがインポートした会話やファイルを 整理・表示・可視化するアーカイブ／ビューアです。
Any visualizations (e.g., charts) represent your existing data and do not constitute new text generation or advice.
グラフなどの可視化は、ユーザー自身のデータを表現したものであり、 新たなテキスト生成や助言を行うものではありません。
Idevo offers three modes: Basic (free), Lite, and Pro. Each mode provides different levels of access such as import range and data visualization features. Details and pricing are available in the in-app purchase screen.
Idevoには、Basic（無料）・Lite・Pro の3つの利用モードがあります。 モードごとにインポート可能期間や可視化機能など、 利用できる機能が異なります。具体的な機能差や価格は アプリ内の購入画面でご確認いただけます。
Conversation data stored within Idevo is protected using in-app encryption. The encryption keys remain on your device and are never accessible to us or any third party.
Idevo内に保存される会話データには、アプリ内部で暗号化処理が行われます。 暗号化キーは端末内に保持され、当社を含む第三者がこれらのデータへ直接アクセスすることはありません。
Idevo operates fully offline and does not use our servers. Unless you take explicit action, the app does not automatically upload or sync data to external services.
Idevoは完全オフラインで動作し、当社サーバーを利用しません。 ユーザーの明示的な操作がない限り、外部サービスへデータを自動送信・同期することはありません。
However, if iOS “iCloud Backup” is enabled, Idevo’s encrypted app data may be included as part of the device-level backup and restored when you restore your device. This behavior is managed by Apple’s system and does not involve Idevo transmitting your conversation data to any external server.
ただし、iOSの「iCloudバックアップ」を有効にしている場合、Idevoの暗号化された アプリデータは端末全体のバックアップに含まれ、復元時に戻る場合があります。 これはAppleの仕組みによるものであり、Idevoが会話データを外部サーバーへ送信するものではありません。
Idevo is designed exclusively for processing the user's own ChatGPT conversation data
(conversations.json). Importing or analyzing conversation data belonging
to third parties or other accounts is not supported or intended. We are not responsible
for any outcomes or issues resulting from importing such external data.

（conversations.json）のみを対象として設計されています。
第三者の会話データや、他者のアカウントに属する情報をインポートまたは分析することは、
想定された利用範囲に含まれません。これらのデータを取り込んだ場合の結果や影響について、
当社は一切の責任を負いません。
All data import operations in Idevo are performed at the user’s own discretion and responsibility. Depending on the import method, existing data may be replaced or updated by newly imported data.
Idevoにおけるデータインポートは、ユーザー自身の判断と責任において実行されるものとします。 インポート方法によっては、既存データが置き換えられる場合や、新たなデータが既存データに 反映・追加される場合があります。
We do not guarantee the completeness, accuracy, or ongoing integrity of imported data. If you handle important data, you are responsible for keeping a safe copy of your original export files before importing.
当社は、インポート処理の結果について、データの完全性、正確性、継続的な保持を保証するものではありません。 重要なデータを取り扱う場合、ユーザーは事前に元のエクスポートファイルを安全な場所に保管する責任を負うものとします。
Import behavior and specifications may change in future updates. Idevo does not modify or delete your original export files during import. Your original data remains under your control and responsibility.
インポートの仕様および挙動は、将来のアップデートにより変更される場合があります。 なお、Idevoはインポート時に、元のエクスポートファイルを変更・削除しません。 元データの管理はユーザー自身の責任となります。
Deletion is applied at the conversation thread level and includes all associated messages, including those not currently visible on screen and any responses saved as favorites.
Idevo内での削除は、アプリ内に保存されたアーカイブに対して行われます。 削除は会話スレッド単位で適用され、現在画面に表示されていない過去のメッセージや、 お気に入りに登録された回答も含めて削除されます。
In additive imports, the app may internally keep track of deleted threads to prevent them from being re-imported. Performing an overwrite import clears the existing archive and rebuilds the state.
追加インポートでは、削除済みの会話が再取り込みされないよう、アプリ内部で管理される場合があります。 上書きインポートを実行すると、既存のアーカイブはクリアされ、状態が再構築されます。
If you delete the Idevo app from your device, the archive data stored locally within the app will also be removed from the device. However, if iOS “iCloud Backup” is enabled, the encrypted app data may be included in the device-level backup and restored upon device restoration.
なお、Idevoアプリ自体を端末から削除した場合、アプリ内に保存されたアーカイブデータも 端末上から削除されます。ただし、iOSの「iCloudバックアップ」が有効な場合、 暗号化されたアプリデータがデバイス全体のバックアップに含まれ、復元時に戻る可能性があります。
This deletion applies only to data stored within the app and does not affect your original export files.
本削除はアプリ内データのみに適用され、元のエクスポートファイルには影響しません。
Idevo includes a Privacy Lock feature designed to help protect access to your content within the app. This feature relies on the biometric authentication configured on your device, such as Face ID or Touch ID.
Idevoには、アプリ内のコンテンツを保護するためのプライバシーロック機能が含まれています。 この機能は、Face IDやTouch IDなど、デバイスに設定された生体認証機能を利用して動作します。
The availability, accuracy, and configuration of biometric authentication are entirely dependent on your device and OS settings. We are not responsible for any issues, unauthorized access, or damages resulting from improperly configured or compromised biometric authentication.
生体認証の設定状況や精度、可用性はユーザーのデバイスおよびOSの設定に依存します。 生体認証が正しく設定されていない場合や、第三者により解除された場合に発生する いかなる損害についても、当社は責任を負いません。
This feature is intended as an additional layer of privacy protection and does not guarantee absolute security.
また、本機能はプライバシー保護を補助する目的のものであり、 完全なセキュリティを保証するものではありません。
Idevo is provided “as is” without any warranties. We are not responsible for any outcomes arising from its use, including decisions made based on the app’s content, displays, or visualizations, as well as any resulting losses or damages.
Idevoは現状有姿（“AS IS”）で提供され、いかなる保証も行いません。 アプリが表示・集計・可視化した内容に基づく意思決定や、それに伴う損失・損害など、 いかなる結果についても当社は責任を負いません。
Data stored within the app may be lost due to device loss, theft, damage, or reset. We are not responsible for any such loss of data under any circumstances.
また、デバイスの紛失、盗難、故障、または初期化などにより、アプリ内データが失われる可能性があります。 当社はこれらに起因する保存データの消失について、一切の責任を負いません。
The sizes, counts, and file listings shown in Data Control are reference information calculated based on the app’s internal data structure and processing.
Data Control（データの管理）に表示される容量、件数、ファイル一覧などの情報は、 端末内のデータ構造や内部処理に基づいて算出・表示される参考情報です。
These figures may not match iOS storage statistics or other in-app numbers. Differences may occur due to OS measurement methods, caches, temporary files, or file protection behaviors.
これらの数値は、iOSのストレージ表示や他の画面上の数値と一致しない場合があります。 差異は、OSによる計測方法、キャッシュ、一時ファイル、ファイル保護設定等の影響により 発生することがあります。
We do not guarantee the completeness, accuracy, or consistency of these displayed values, breakdowns, or findings.
当社は、これらの表示内容・内訳・検出結果の完全性、正確性、または一致性を 保証するものではありません。
Some actions available in Data Control (such as resetting Favorites or bulk operations on Deep Research exclusions) affect only display states or auxiliary indexing data and do not modify or delete the underlying archived conversation data.
また、Data Control内の一部機能 （例：お気に入りのリセット、Deep Researchの除外履歴の一括操作など）は、 表示状態や補助的なインデックス情報を対象としたものであり、 アーカイブされた会話データそのものには影響を与えません。
Display and organization features in this app are based on the structure and contents of imported conversation data.
本アプリに含まれる表示や整理機能は、インポートされた会話データの構造や内容に基づいて処理されます。
Values and indicators (such as turn counts or message counts) are calculated through internal processing, including sanitization and filtering. As a result, they may differ from the original data or from how the same conversations appear in other services.
これらの表示や数値（ターン数・メッセージ数等）は、サニタイズやフィルタリング等の 内部処理を経て算出されるため、元データ上の見かけの件数や他サービス上の表示と 一致しない場合があります。
Features such as automatic organization of specific content (e.g., Deep Research) also depend on the format and contents of the data and may not always produce complete or consistent results.
また、Deep Researchなどの特定コンテンツの自動整理機能についても、 データの形式や内容に依存するため、必ずしも完全または一貫した結果を保証するものではありません。
We do not guarantee the completeness, accuracy, or consistency of these displays, values, or organizational results.
当社は、これらの表示・数値・整理結果の完全性、正確性、または一致性を保証するものではありません。
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Idevo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption, arising out of or in connection with your use of the app.
法令で認められる最大限の範囲において、Idevoは、本アプリの利用または利用不能に起因または 関連して生じたいかなる間接損害、付随的損害、特別損害、結果的損害、懲罰的損害 （データの損失、利益の喪失、業務の中断を含みますが、これらに限りません）についても責任を負いません。
In no event shall Idevo’s total liability for any claim related to the app exceed the amount you paid for the app or in-app purchases during the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
いかなる場合においても、本アプリに関連してIdevoが負う損害賠償責任の総額は、 当該請求の原因となった事象が発生する前12か月間に、 ユーザーが本アプリまたはアプリ内課金に対して支払った金額を上限とします。
We are also not liable for any issues, data inconsistencies, or loss arising from changes, discontinuation, or modifications to third-party services or specifications, including but not limited to OpenAI’s data export formats or policies.
また、OpenAIを含む第三者サービスの仕様変更、提供停止、または仕様の改変 （データエクスポート形式やポリシーの変更を含みますが、これらに限りません） に起因して生じた不具合、データの不整合、または損失について、 当社は一切の責任を負いません。
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan.
本利用規約は日本法を準拠法とし、 日本法に基づいて解釈されるものとします。
Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the app shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Japan.
本アプリまたは本利用規約に関連して生じる一切の紛争については、 日本の裁判所を第一審の専属的合意管轄裁判所とします。
These Terms of Use may be updated. Significant updates will be announced in the app. Continued use indicates acceptance of the updated terms.
本利用規約は更新される場合があります。重要な変更がある場合はアプリ内で告知します。 継続してご利用いただく場合、更新後の規約に同意したものとみなされます。
